Class of 2020 GET READY! Student Council will be back to your 9th Grade to follow-up with you.  How involved have you been? How was your first semester of high school? What questions do you have from other students who have been there? This is your opportunity to share with our student leaders as they help you navigate your way through a successful ninth grade year.

Class of 2020 Awards Day: Tuesday, January 17th, 2017

All Parents Are Invited. Our 9th graders who have received Perfect Attendance, All A’s, All A’s and B’s as well as several other 9th Grade activities will be awarded for their first semester accomplishments, taken place in our Theater during school @ 9am.

Class of 2021 Course Selections: February 1, 2017 - February 8, 2017

Middle school teachers will guide our Class of 2021 students through their career academy and course selections for the upcoming year. Parents are invited to have conversations with their students at home during this time to align future aspirations collectively.

Class of 2021 Parent Night: Wednesday, February 1, 2017

Our Ninth Grade Administrators, Counselor, Student Leaders as well as College & Career Academies will present information about our high school experience. Parents and students are invited to ask questions about the upcoming year as we embark on a successful transition to this most important time for your student.

Spring Parent Night: Class of 2020 -Tuesday, March 7, 2017

Our Ninth Grade Administrators & Counselor will present information about transitioning to the tenth grade. Parents and students are invited to ask questions about the 2017-2018 school year as we embark on a successful transition as sophomores.

Meadowcreek U College & Career Readiness Fair: TBD

Athletic Team, Club Activities, as well as College & Career Academies will visit Radloff Middle School to register students for the upcoming season. Our fair will also allow students to answer questions.

Class of 2020 College Visit: April 18, 2017

Ninth Graders will receive a recommendation by their teachers to attend a college visit hosted by our College & Career Center. Meadowcreek High School students were invited to tour the campus of Columbus State University (CSU). The students began the tour with an interactive and engaging information session. The session was geared towards their interests as underclassmen, demonstrating how their current interests ultimately become college majors, influencing future career decisions. The CSU presenter thoroughly discussed how current performance not only impacts college admission decisions, but also scholarship opportunities. At the conclusion of the information session, the students toured several campus facilities that included the main library, a lecture hall, residential suites, and the student center. Students dined in the main dining hall, independently interacting with CSU students and faculty members. Students were thoroughly impressed with the CSU campus and community.

College Decision Day: Friday, April 28, 2017

Seniors who have been accepted to college or who have committed to the Military will be invited to the celebration. Ninth grade students who are invited to attend will receive a pass.

Freshman Achievement Awards Day: TBD

Freshman will be recognized and celebrated for outstanding achievement in academics and community service. Students are asked to wear business casual attire for this event.

Lilburn Middle School visit to MHS: Monday, May 15, 2017

All of our Class of 2021 Lilburn Middle School students will visit MHS as Administrators, Counselor, Teachers & Student Leaders give a snapshot of high school.

Radloff Middle School visit to MHS: Friday, May 19, 2017
